1. How do I book any of the services with noon entertainments?

2. Do your bouncy castles have age limits?

Yes, each castle has its own age specifications. This information is clearly displayed on the castles listing on our website.

3. My garden is slopped, can I still hire a bouncy castle?

We would always advise that bouncy castles are set up on a level surface but we are able to set bouncy castles up on a slight slope. Please inform us of any inclines or uneven surfaces when booking your castle. We can sometimes determine the layout from a photo or we might can make a site visit in advance and advise you with the best decision.

4. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

Depending on the castle or package hired, access and surface area, the average set up time is approximately 15 – 30 minutes. Our friendly team will deflate and pack the equipment up in approximately 20 – 30 minutes depending on the size of the castle hired.

5. What do I get for my money?

The bouncy castle rental includes delivery, setup, collection, safety mats and any other equipment required. Everything required to set up the bouncy castle or inflatable safety is included in the price.

6. How much notice is needed when booking?

Feel free to call any time between 8am and 9pm 7 days a week. We would like to make you aware that over the summer months we are extremely busy, so please book ASAP to save any disappointment.

7. Do I have to pay a deposit?

If you are booking online a £25 none refundable deposit is required to secure a bouncy castle booking. None refundable deposits of up to £250 are required for weddings. Depending on package.

8. Are your bouncy castles insured?

All our bouncy castles carry full Public Liability Insurance Cover. All our bouncy castles are PIPA safety tested, risk assessments, PAT certificates and pipa safety certificates can be provided if required.

9. How much do you charge?

Prices vary depending on location, the dimensions and theme/style of the bouncy castle.

10. How do I pay?

Most people choose to pay online before the hire or you can pay cash on delivery, we now accept credit card payments via PayPal payments and cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date see our payment and cancellation terms tab at the top of this page.

11. Would you ever cancel on us?

The only time we would ever cancel on you is on the grounds on safety. By law it is a criminal offence for us to set up any inflatable structure with winds gusts of over 24mph. We always monitor this the week leading up to your party/event and try and give as much notice as possible to make suitable arrangements, for example by moving your party to a local hall we can still set up your bouncy castle inside. We understand this isn't always possible to move indoors.

12. Can you set up on concrete/driveways/gravel/decking?

Setting up on concrete, wooden decking, pebbles and drives is not a problem at all but please inform us of this when booking so our team bring the relevant equipment to set up the inflatable safely.

13. What needs to be moved from my venue before set up?

Please ensure the area is clear of toys, garden furniture, rubbish etc ready for our team to inflate your bouncy castle. In the event of the area not being clear we may have to go away and return when we have finished our am deliveries.

14. Are safety instructions provided?

Safety instructions are available on our website, We also provide a safety notice on the day which is set up next to the inflatable. Our delivery team will also answer any questions you have on the day!

15. What happens with regards to trailing cables?

All cables are 240v blue commando plugs that are water resistant, however due to the nature of our work it is very impractical to cover the cables up and in some cases this can lead to overheating. As such we do not cover or tape down any cables. If you have any concerns over this, please let us know at least 7 days in advance of the booking and make sure your concerns are clearly displayed in the customer notes.

16. Can I hire inflatables overnight?

Yes, all castles can be hired overnight for an additional £40 provided the venue is safe and secure

17. When are your bouncy castles available?

Our castles are available 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays.

18. Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellations can be made at any time in advance of set up.

19. Who is liable for the equipment left at my venue?

Once the bouncy castle equipment is set up at your venue and the delivery driver has left, you take sole responsibility in the event of any damages or theft. Please keep this in mind and ensure that all equipment is kept safe and secure.
